Scheduled an appointment via the website a couple of days before, got there got checked in and a couple of hours later I was rolling out

Right rear tire picked up a nail, tire was losing air quickly. Called to schedule a time to come in, was told to come anytime and they would take care of it, which they did. Manager was very cordial, helpful and they did a thorough job. Couldn't be more pleased!

The service was fast and fairly priced. I have been to this location a few times and the staff has consistently educated me on the reasoning behind the decisions they are making. Would recommend this location to everyone.

We were in and out in an hour for the tires I do have to go back to have the alignment done due to a car tieing up the alignment rack staff came to me and said it's going to be a while on the car do I mind coming back. I even had a question the Anthony was able to answer very quickly and explained the break down of the invoice

This was an easy tire purchase. The appointment scheduling was convenient. I chose tires online through the website without price negotiation. I entered credit card information on website but the store still needed card processed at register for purchase. Once we received the car the tire pressure dash monitor showed low pressure, we will give it driving time before contacting store. We will consider NTB again for tire services.

The customer service received at this location was outstanding. They had to keep my truck an extra day because they were so busy but they communicated with me and then locked my truck in to their facility during the night.

They did what they were supposed to. Friendly customer service. No complaints.

Being a traveler from out of town, it was a blessing to find someone like Brian who took a special interest in my circumstances.
