Had a nail in my tire it was 6 30 when I got there . And the guy was very nice.. they fixed it and I was on my was great service

Excellent Service

Service at this NTB is always excellent, people are always friendly, even when I stop by for free air (and they don't know I am a regular). I plan to return for maintenance soon. HOWEVER this survey is already too long and I am only halfway thru!

work was done in a timely manor, but techs showed no care for their job. I asked for black walls out, but the did white out. Then they argued with me over what they were told to do. Then would not try to relearn my TPMS sensors.

Chris was very professional and explained why my battery/alternator died while driving. Completed the repair when he said it would be ready.

Took my 17 Titan there to get my new wheels put on it . I thought everything was good until they finished and pull the truck around I went to open my door and the Crome cover that cover the door handle fail on the ground so...,, they broke it and wasnt going to tell me wow.. went back in they told me they would fix it its day 3 havent heard anything yet..
