Excellent job but an excessive wait of over 90 minutes to get a nail removed from a tire!!

Mariah was wonderful from the moment I got there to the moment I left. Lovely experience!

The only reason I did not rate a 5 was because of the time it took to mount my tires. I was able to watch and they seemed to talk more than work.

Area greeted me as I walked in the door. Asked me if I was Mrs. Guidry. She in at my service person we’re waiting on me. Excellent service.

They were fast, communicated well and had my service done within two hours. They saved the old part for me like I asked and were very friendly.

This facility and staff are very professional, friendly, and competent. Only one minor glitch.....they were running behind on their appointments due to being short staffed which resulted in 2 hours to complete the work instead of 1 hour.

Mariah Baikauskas was very pleasant and went out to check mire tires based on our conversations prior to install of new tires. I appreciated the time she took to explain information to me. There were two women working the front area and both were great! Thank you for hiring people that actually care about their work and their customers. Great experience!
