They were fast, professional and did not try to sell me extra services I didnt need.

Web site is easy to navigate with precise information on what I was purchasing, and what the final cost would be. No hard to understand or hidden costs or fees. I had a front end alignment and had 4 newly purchased tires installed. Total time was 45 minutes. Great in and out ti,e. All personnel I was in contact with were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Very satisfying experience.

I needed a battery last minute and all the local car care shops were booked because of the holiday weekend. John, over at NTB got me in last minute in between there schedule and took care of my battery issue. I felt so comfortable with his level of customer service that I decided to go ahead and take care of the rest of my car servicing while I wait. To be honest, John didn't have to squeeze me in at all but I guess he heard my frustration when I called lol. The NTB on 287 & Walnut Creek has my vote and support from here on out!
