They were awesome! I didn't know the last time my front tires were changed they put a different size of tire on my car so they put those sizes on my back. The employees were very considerate explaining why putting the current size on the back would affect my differential. It was a long wait that day (2hrs) but they got me in and out quickly as possible while still taking great care to my car.

Noticed a noise on the front right side. NTB quickly diagnosed it to a wheel bearing and was able to give me a good price on labor and parts. Actually gave us a ride back home as it would take a few hours to complete the repair. Good job Mansfield store Mgmt!!
