I was treated by a professional representative. He showed his respect for me. He identified that my problem was an incorrect bulb had been installed previously. He also noticed that my battery was weak. I replaced it. When I got home, my wife told that she had a tough time starting the car before I drove it!

I had a tire leak that needed to be repaired or I wasn’t going to make it home. I took an extended lunch and took my car to NTB. To my relief, they were able to fix the tire, and do it in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I told them the type of safety tire i wanted on my car cause of winter. They gave me the best option and made me feel at ease with my decision.
