About to be dissatisfied with how long this survey is

I had an oil change as well as fit one tire. I would have hoped that NTB would have checked the pressure on the other tires at that time but they did not. That is a basic in vehicle service and they missed it.

They found the issue with my tire and fixed it right away. They are friendly and went into details about my tire and warranty.

Friendly staffWorked performed as I waited. ( They forgot to tell me my car was ready and I stayed in the waiting room about an hour longer than needed.)Was told that I needed to have my brake fluid changed out for about 100 bucks. Seemed really odd since I had just changed it less than two weeks prior. Questioned them on this and was told that maybe the fluid had not completely been flushed out of the brake lines ! SEEMED VERY ODD TO ME so I decided to skip this work.

Blake was an excellent associate and figured out my problem ASAP

Customer service needs improvement. Took 2 hrs for a oil change.

Kenneth did a great job of providing customer service. I had a stress free visit here. I understood everything that was wrong with my car and had all my questions answered. I'll be back again.

I had an oil change which included a tire rotation. After i drove away, check engine came on and the vsc lights came on, also the abs light was blinking. Took it back and the techs told me that they did nothing to cause that. I had no problem before taking it in. I got frustrated and was adamant about telling them that they did something to cause this. Talked to the manager and he had them turn the lights off via the computer system. That is the only reason I am not giving 1 star.

I had a 3pm appointment. left the car. I called 40 minutes later and they were not done but did not tell me they had not started the car. I returned another 40 mi later and still no start. I was very angry and waited another 40 min for them to change oil and rotate my tires. while they did not charge me, I wouls have preferred my time rather than my $20.

The crew worked great together. Friendly, competenr, professional.
