NTB-National Tire & Battery

Quick, courteous and professional. One of my tires was losing air. NTB found a small nail in the tire, repaired it, balanced the tires and checked my alignment. FOR FREE. That's why I only go to NTB.

This was by far the quickest I have "ever" been in and out of NTB. I fully expected to be there 2+ hours for a simple oil change. The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and courteous.

Synthetic oil change was completed on time as promised. Friendly staff even under COVID19 precautions .

Kenneth Blake Wilson (Blake) made my experience OUTSTANDING. From the day before he explained the process and was very FRIENDLY. I usually haven’t experienced this. And I’ve been here several times. He was just as customer service oriented on day of. Getting ur car serviced can be stressful. I’m ALWAYS expecting them to come back saying I need something ELSE! Which is not cool. I also have been treated like a number. And the WAIT has been 4-5 HOURS before. This time less than an hour!! BIG improvement! Even though he might not have done the actual work, Blake should commended for changing this customer’s experience.
