Overall, I enjoyed the experience that I received from NTB. The representatives were professional and very prompt on telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. They provided me several quotes and options for me to make a selection for my service. Not only did they provide me with calibration information regarding the alignment but also included everything and placed the quotes in an envelope. This was my second experience back to this location. And I came back strictly for the communication, friendless, and knowledge of the whole team especially Matt. He kept me informed the entire time. He tried everything he could do to keep it as cost effective as possible, while still needing to do everything that needed to be done, especially knowing that I had already spent $1400 on my last visit for brakes, I was about to drop another couple thousand dollars on this visit. Sierra and Matt both were in communication with me and kept me up-to-date, and Joel was a genius fixing everything that needed done. They all knew I was leaving to get on the road that afternoon and worked all day to get my job completed. I am beyond thankful for their expertise, communication, skills, and thoughtfulness.

I purchased 4 tires and they were a great price. The manager informed of bent tie rods that needed to be changed ASAP. I will be purchasing 4 more new tires for my wife’s Pathfinder at this location Friday 7/14/23.

Excellent and fast service.
