Did my car fast and they are friendly

NTB had an internet offer for an oil change and tire rotation for $19.99. On arrival I was told it should be $24.99. The tech checked the tires and claimed I needed new tires because the tread wear was down to 4/32 and refused to do the tire rotation. I informed him the car passed inspection 2 weeks before and he still refused. Ten minutes later he called and told me the offer was for 5 qts my car takes 6. Final charge was over $28. This is not the only bait and switch Ive experienced. NTB no!

They made it easy and got me in and out quickly. Even though l didn’t have an appointment.

You could tell if you were buying something the attitude was totally different that someone just having warranty service done.

I was a walk in to get a brake light fixed and I was under a tight timeliness. Jermaine Osborne was awesome and made it happen!

I went for regular oil change with coupon. They told me they don't have regular oil (5w30) and upsold me synthetic which I had to reluctantly agree to. I can't believe that a shop could just run out of that. Constantly tried to sell me things I may not need and tried to give me incorrect information. It is hard to trust them.

They had what I need and were able to get the work done the next day. Everything was priced as quoted, no surprises. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

I was very disappointed with your service and dont plan on ever coming back. The service advisor was rude, yall tried to upsale me on whatever you could, and I believe my car was tampered with. I notice an oil leak immediately after I got home and my tire sensor light is still on. This has never happened before and i have a lifetime oil change for free with Honda. There was nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jermaine Osborne, he was very friendly, and explained everything in a way easily understood, and helped me choose tires after asking about recommendations that I plan on purchasing in the near future.
