Even though I was late getting to the shop when they were closed. Christopher Williams was very understanding. Thankfully I did call ahead, but nonetheless he got me in and out in 10 minutes. I'm forever grateful for that.

Christopher Williams was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. I had to change my battery he looked up my account told me what was needed also gave me some background on what was causing the battery to drain. It took 30 minutes to change as he said, he reminded me of my upcoming oil change and tire rotation. Great service!

I was pleased to find there would be no charge for patching my tire after it picked up a nail because I purchased the tire at NTB. The repair was done quickly and my future business at NTB is secured. I was also happy this particular NTB was open on Sunday.

Vinny and Jeff were very helpful as usual. This NTB location is the only place I take any of my vehicles whether I need an oil change, inspection, wheel/tire replacement or servicing, etc

The NTB that serviced my car is top notch. I can trust what they tell me and they are friendly and accommodating. Always get great service. Not all NTB’s are that way. Hope they never change!
