Very satisfied with the service today at NTB in Katy. The guy up front, Jene Rafio was very welcoming and provided his expert opinion about my tired as well as the recommended Full Synthetic Oil change for my older vehicle. He was spot on with checking in other customers and he also extended the same warm greeting and demeanor to every customer at the store.

Jene was wonderful . From the moment I walked in he advised me on the services I needed and explained everything thoroughly . My wait time was 30 minutes for an alignment . They had coffee & wifi so I was able to finish my work while I waited on my car . Very friendly and clean place .
