I showed up 45 min early and they got me right in. I had questions, as I previously either did not own a vehicle or serviced it myself, and my questions were all answered. Staff was courteous and efficient.

It was time for a tire rotation and I was experiencing some vibration at around 50-55 mph. After the balance and rotation the car drove out great.

I had hit a pothole and a large bubble formed on the side wall of my tire. The first call was to NTB and while I couldn't schedule an appointment I was asked to bring it in first thing. I did and was back on the road in the early afternoon. I really appreciated the way I was squeezed in and was able to get the new tires I needed. I have a 30 mile commute to work and considering the construction traffic I was afraid I might cause an accident if I had to wait for tires. This is my third visit and definitely will not be my last. Thanks to the Alton crew for another great job.
