Entire process start to finish was extremely satisfactory compared to other auto shops I've been too. They don't haggle or try to tell you your car has more problems than it truly does. Wait time was 2 hours which was not bad at all for a full 4 tire change and it appeared only 1 mechanic was working and they had a customer before my arrival. My in store price at checkout also ended up being cheaper than the originally quoted price so that was a very pleasant surprise, instead of the other way around. Will definitely be visiting NTB for any of my future vehicle needs.
