The alignment was fine but they reported that the charging system was checked when it wasn't.

The staff at the Alton, IL location are always amazing. They obviously need more help in the shop. I tried to call on a Wednesday to see if I could get my oil changed and couldn't get in until the following Monday due to being short on staff. With that being said they were very friendly and were doing a fantastic job regardless of how hetic it seemed. I heard them answer the phones several times only to inform customers,wanting NTB's know for quick business, that they were unable to help them right away. NTB is losing money by not being able to help it's customers when they are needing it. This location usually tries to get everyone in, what seems like, on the day of or day after the customer calls....Give these hard working men a raise.They go above and beyond. NTB is very fortunate to have such pleasant and hard working employees. Especially at this location.

Each person communicated in a very straight forward manner. The original price quote is what I paid. The time the replacement of the brake pads and rotors was less than expected. Everything was explained which was appreciated.
