Great service. Very pleased with the work.

Ease to schedule online and price was better than competitors and included tire rotation. Also really liked the coffee machine and the $5 discount when scheduling an appointment certain days of the week. Overall value has made me a return customer for the past 4 or 5 oil changes. Have recommended NTB to some of my friends.

They did not have the tires in stock that I was quoted over the phone due to a glitch in the inventory. They price matched another set that was better quality. Customer service is a priority.

Despite being short staffed, they were able to get my alignment done quickly and efficiently. The gentleman we spoke to at drop off/pickup was informative, kind, and very funny. It took no time at all and our vehicle runs amazing now!

The employees were easy to talk to and explained everything about my purchase. They also pointed out a problem I had with a wheel on the used vehicle I had just bought. They then switched the new tire I bought over to the replacement wheel I acquired when I came back at no charge.

I walked in today, May 21 and was looking to purchase at least two new tires for my Ford escape. I thought I would have to wait and get appointment either tomorrow or the next day but wills highly surprised to find out they could get me right in. I also was very happy with the time that it took to remove two tires and put the two new tires on and everything else that goes along with that. Because I did have someplace to be at noon. They were very engaging and also told me to tell the graduate congratulations. Definitely would recommend them, and would be returning for any other visits.
