The quality of the work is generally very high. However, when I have them rotate my tires, I request that they reprogram my TPMS, so that the correct tire is indicated. No matter how many times I ask, they never seem to do it.

I have been coming here for probably +18 years because of the convenient location and price. This was the FiRST time the car was completed in less than an hour for an oil change and alignment!!! Keep up the good job!!

Employees were rude and demeaning. Pushed other products and services. Service was slow. Was there for a flat repair under road hazard program and had an appointment. Should have been 30 minutes or less. Wound up being 90 minutes.

The service is excellent. All service work is explained very well.

I really appreciate the 5 year alignment package that NTB offers; reasonable way to check/keep car in alignment to not wear tires unevenly. The only issue I have is that the location says they cannot adjust the caster angle on the front end of my VW and says that only the dealer can do that. (Extra time/expense.

I spoke with a gentleman named Jeff and he was very helpful with everything I asked in a timely fashion. I was very impressed people drive far sometimes just for good service. I’m glad to say good service is right in my neighborhood.

I came in for 4 new tires. The service advisor stated I needed an alignment, and showed me my old tires. One tire was worn down to the metal belts on one side. I just had this car inspected 3 weeks ago by my Ford dealer. All my service has been performed by them, since the car was new. So, I’m not happy at the moment with Ford. I now question just how reliable they are. This was a MAJOR safely issue, and very happy NTB caught the issue. First time I have used your company, but won’t be the last.
