Friendly courteous staff. Tech worked efficiently & quickly. Service completed on-time. Will definitely use them again.

This location was much more organized and efficent than the other location on duraleigh road. This store didn't make as many mistakes and they take the time to explain. Unfortunately they shut down this location due to the lease agreement.

I went in not really knowing what needed to be done. I thought I might need a new tire because I was told by Jiffy Lube that my tire had a nail in it, and it could be dangerous. BJ and another associate were extremely professional and explained the problem and the solution. I was very thankful for their assistance and I will definitely return to this location for all of my needs.

I came in to have my van’s tires rotated and balanced & to have an alignment done. The service rep came & brought me to the bay to show me why they could only rotate the front tires safely. I was impressed with their transparency and service.

I have been customer service my entire career and my goal was always to provide excellent customer service. Kyle was an example of exactly that friendly, professional and articulate. Truly a pleasure to work with. The tires I needed were out of stock so they were ordered for me and came in a timely manner. Kyle contacted me when they came in a few days later without me having to contact the store and for this I am great full. I have had less than perfect customer service before at other businesses and I must say he was a breath of fresh air. Kyle has gained my trust through excellent service and I will be coming back and definitely spreading the word. This kind of customer service representing NTB should without a doubt be recognized and you have gained a loyal customer. I would like to add all the staff we friendly and welcoming.
