Easy scheduling without having to wait very long despite the store having short staffing. Kyle and Chelsea did a great job. Kyle recommended brake pad but I was already scheduled for Lexus service on brakes.

Overall great experience and Kyle (new manager) and his team had me out in a little over 30 minutes m; not too bad for a tire rotation/balance and alignment check. Only complaint was a asked my tires to be inflated to 38 psi (so I could check/adjust them the next day). When I checked this morning they were 34.5, (2) 34.0, and 33.5 (supposed to be at 35 cold which is why I always double-check. Thank you.
