Jermaine was super friendly and a Joy to work with. The gentleman that did the work was also extremely professional. The professionalism demonstrated by these 2 individuals will be the reason I come back here with my wife's car in the next few days.

I received good value with the initial install of the tires. I purchased a warranty and had issues with my tires. Given they were a year old, it was another good value to get the damaged tire replaced for $58!

"I made an appointment online for 8:30am, and dropped it off at that time. I asked about how much it would cost to replace my wipers and was told that it would be ~$23. When I checked out, there were two charges for $18.99 for wipers (it was never explained that it would cost that much per wiper, which was a bit of a shock). I got back to the store at 9:15am after being called at 8:53am to see if we also wanted to do alignment and balancing. When I got to the store, I saw my car still on the lift. I asked when it would be ready and the front desk attendant said about 40 mins and they would not be able to get to the alignment in that time. I asked why, and he said that the drain plug for the oil pan was stripped. It wasn't stripped when I brought it there, but it also wasn't explained on the call at 8:53am that there were any delays or issues. I finally left the store at 10am, and paid more than I thought I should even though they comped me the oil change. I will not return to NTB for oil changes or anything else."

Jeremiah was super helpful and explained things super well. I have had really bad experiences at car repair shop and normally feel like I’m being taken advantage of but because of the outstanding service I received I will 100% be returning and recommending NTB to my friends

I scheduled to have new tires installed on my car before work. I communicated this to the associate, and he assured me that I would be well on my way and not late for work. He was correct
