I called on either Tuesday or Wednesday to set up the appointment which was confirmed for Today at 7am. When I arrived, the appointment was not in the system. Everything was still handled professionally and timely, but not sure how that happened.

I had a flat tire. The road service put on the small tire and I didn't get to the Kennesaw NTB until about 30 minutes before closing but they checked the tire, showed me the hole, I bought a tire and had it mounted. I was lucky they took me that close to end of day. They also advised me of the need to have some of the lug nuts etc. replaced in the future and gave me a price for all four wheels. Also explained to me why that happens.
