"I heard auto shops are notorious for ripping people off, and Merchant tires in Lynchburg is the worst. Scammed my wife and I after trying to sell us the wrong parts twice, then charging us $100 more than they quoted on the phone. Rude and sarcastic service as well. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!"
