It’s open on the weekend which is nice since I work.

Because of Covid-19, even although it was a cold day, I chose to be extra cautious due to my partner's underlying conditions and to wait outside while my car's service was being done. When the Manager, Victor Dunn realized I was out there & not coming in to enjoy the lovely new Customer Waiting Area, he and a Customer Service Agent brought out one of the new comfortable chairs for me. Now that is excellent customer service.... and yes, they did a good job on my car's re-alignment too!

Despite a hiccup from SilverRock, Mark and Victor were some of the best technicians I’ve ever had service a vehicle. They were constantly communicative, honest with deadlines, and fought for me tooth and nail to ensure the warranty for my new vehicle was executed. The final product was top notch, and I really hope to be working with Mark and Victor the next time I stop in. 10/10 on everything!

It was good service only thing was that my appointment time was the same time the tires came in so I had to wait a lil longer for my car to get pulled in because the truck was blocking most of the doors
