Purchased excellent quality tires about a month prior and I was having an issue with low pressure in one of the tires. The employees listened intently to my concerns. Took my car in immediately. Assessed the situation and fixed the problem. My car was returned and ready to go home in a reasonable amount of time and the employee reassured me that I should have no more trouble.
