NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. Drive all the way home and my car is pouring out a lighter brown fluid. I drive all the way back and now they are telling me my power steering fluid is he said it's been leaking for a while. If it was my power steering, I believe I would have already lost control of steering control long ago. I also checked the oil myself and there was no oil in the vehicle either. Please avoid this business for your own sake, trust me they aren't worth it.

I had a routine visit at the Greentree NTB on 03/25/2023. I have been going there for many years with our two cars, and I have never been disappointed in the service. The price is reasonable, but of greater importance is that they do quality work, and always flag me when I’m getting close to needing an additional service. Jim & Cody and staff get an A+ in my book (and I’m a hard grader)

We came to get a tire patched/ replaced and our car came out with the wrong wheel. The mechanics there where unprofessional and messed around the entire time, we have since switched mechanics.

The associates were very knowledgeable & friendly & very helpful. James Langer was very helpful & well informed of all NTB's products. My other car will be needing a battery soon also, & I will definately visit this location. Thanks NTB!
