We were very pleased. . Before work was done on the car work was done to assess the cause of tire noise which we thought could be corrected by balancing the tires. We were given three options , one of which invoked no cost and this is the option we took. There was no charge involved for the assessment. We appreciated being told we did not need any work done and the car would be safe to drive. They were fair and honest and we will take our car their when need be in the future,

Greeted promptly and kindly by front desk. Checking in was easy and they listened to all car concerns I had. They were able to provide details on their findings and ultimately a fix for my issue. Sent me with a quote for future work and no pressure of making a decision same-day.
