We needed an unexpected repair (nail in tire). The service associate fit us in and had us on our way within a reasonable time for a reasonable price. The associate was courteous and helpful.

I was really happy to receive this survey to rate my experience because NTB far exceeded my expectations. I’m a single mom, and I needed my car for an important medical appointment. My tire was sliced by a slate slab in a driveway and I was extremely upset and stressed out. Thank god for Matt, the employee who took my call. Matt was professional, helpful, efficient, empathetic, and communicated with me throughout the entire 5 hours I sat waiting for my tow. I don’t have a lot of money and my husband passed away so I was really stressed that I needed to buy 4 new tires for my Jeep. Matt could not have been more wonderful in helping me. I really hope NTB knows what an amazing employee you have in Matt. Thank you for such a positive experience during a very rough time in my life

Went to one further away because my local didn't have the tire because deliveries hadn't shown up. Where I went didn't put the spare back properly, didn't put nut covers on and didn't reset tire pressure warning.

Desk guys got me in quickly to mount/balance two tires but everyone knew I had to rush and yet I look into the garage and the tech had all four wheels off and the hood up. Quit trying to milk me for more cash and just do the job I'm paying for.
