I unfortunately had 2 flats tires within a 6 week period. The first time I brought my car to NTB because it was close to my house. I was fortunate enough to work with Matt at the front desk who couldn't have been more wonderful. He walked me through every step of the process of needing 4 new tires, and he was professional, compassionate, and really helped me understand what needed to be done. When I got a flat tire the second time, I knew without a doubt I was returning to NTB because I knew Matt would take good care of me. Once again, he was absolutely wonderful. He had my new tire ready in under a day, worked with me on arranging it to be done quickly, explained everything to me, and he was compassionate and professional. I can't explain how refreshing it is in this day and age to feel like a valued customer because the rest of the world isn't always very kind. Matt always goes above and beyond, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer at NTB based solely on the way Matt made me feel like a valued customer. He's a gem.
