Since I purchased my tires at NTB, the tire repair was free - great deal! And I did not have to make an appointment, which made scheduling very easy.

Dylan and Scott were extremely helpful and professional. Great representatives of the company!

Service (annual inspection) was excellent and done well short of the time quoted to me. I did have to call several times to find out what time my appointment was (I had forgotten to write it down) and was placed on long holds the first two times I called. Still, a great place to have your car serviced. The staff is great.

The technicians Scott & Josh explained completely the problems with my car, showed me a video of the process and changes made. I considered both of them to be highly experienced and professional. There were three other service agents there, I arrived about 7 minutes before closing time, and the three of them were very pleasant and understanding. I apologized for being so late, there was an acident ahead of us on Colonial Road, so we had to take another route. I have used NTB services a couple time before - my new service agents.
