The michelins on our car were purchased from another dealer who did not want to be bothered with pro-rating them. NTB told us exactly how to get the job done with michelin. I called michelin, got a case number and NTB took care of everything. The store manager was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We purchased our tires and an alignment that same day in a very timely manner. Thank you, Chauncey at NTB.

I was from out of town had a flat tire at rest area on I 70 had spare on went to sisters house in Saint Clairsville my daughter made appt. for next day. the manager of store was very helpful and kind. Had to get 4 new tires because of all wheel drive. Manager put 2 techs on job. very satisfied.
