I came in with no appointment to replace a tire (recently purchased earlier in the year) that had a blow out on the inner sidewall. Although the exact match was not available immediately, I was able to get a tire of the same brand that closely resembles the tire pattern.

Takes a long time so you have to not be in a hurry. 2:00 appt done at 3:30.

I thought had a staple in my front right tire as I had a check tire pressure light come on. I removed the tire on my vehicle and replaced it with the spare tire. I figured that the tire mostly likely needed a plug. I called and learned the location in Saint Clairsville, Ohio was still open on a Saturday afternoon. I quickly drove to the location and was greeted by Daniel Fields. He had me roll the tire into the store and Zach (mechanic) did a few tests. It turns out that it was not the staple but rather a defective valve stem. The stem was replaced and we were back on our way home. I am very thankful that your team at NTB were both professional and above all HONEST. As a retired Naval Officer, I have travelled all over the world and it is always a joy to meet professional, HONEST, and caring people. Please let Daniel and Zach know that they hit the nail on the head with the incredible service they provided. If they are up for employee awards or promotions, I give them HUGE thumbs up. Thank you VERY much.

I had a tire go bad in the middle of the night. I had my car towed to NTB. I went in first thing when they opened. They were able to get the tire i needed quickly. They did the work in a timely manor. I didnt lose much time on my trip. I really couldnt ask for a better experience.
