I was in St C from MD and had a flat tire so was unexpected. My tire couldn't be patched and Chauncey fit me into the very busy schedule and found a comparable tire for me. I was able to wait for a new tire and felt that I was treated honestly and fairly. He explained what the problem was and what my options were. He was very nice and professional. Because of his efforts I was able to visit my elderly mother for the day and return safely to MD. It was such a relief to find someone some helpful.
