This location isn’t the usual one I bring my car to, but that’s going to change now. Dean, the associate that I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get the parts I was requesting for my vehicle. Best communication and customer service. Although a bit of a hike, I’ll be bringing my vehicle back to this location for any services I need in the future. Thank you!

Just days before a major holiday, shop was extremely busy. I did have to wait an hour before my car was even looked at, but Abel did all he could to make sure my car was done ASAP, even helping the tech rotate the tires!!

The gentleman named Tom who was able to help me, went out of his way. Tom offered to drop me off and pick me up from work while they worked on my car. I had an appointment at 1:30 p.m. and I had to go to work at 3:00. Tom dropped me off, then picked me up while I was on break so I could get my car. I am so grateful for the services this NTB provided for my car and myself.

After coming out and finding my car did not start and after a long wait for AAA and a few other unexpected problems. I was able to get NTB which closed at 8:00. I was greeted by the most kindest person. His title states: Opening & Closing sales associate:Thomas Nedza. He took care of what needed to be done! It was nice to know it would be taken care of and he explained everything. THe guys inthe back who did the work, did so quickly! In a matter of 1/2 hour I was on the road again and was one very happy customer. It was nice to be greeted and spoken to so kindly. Thank you for having great employees.

Easy process for making an appointment and friendly customer

CAME IN FOR TIRE REBALANCE , I WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A 2 HOUR WAIT , IT WAS DONE IN 1-1/2 HOUR, WHICH IS FINE WITH ME.

I was satisfied overall because Abel M, really made my visit to NTB comfortable and even explained my issues with my car to me. Although, the wait time was a bit longer than what I anticipated. Abel made sure that I got what I needed.
