Employee who checked me in and out was very professional, friendly, helpful, and informative.

From arranging the tires I wanted and getting them delivered to the shop the next day with the professional staff in place. The way the mechanic held the rim on the car said so much... as they wouldn’t just let it drop and paying attention to details as my certain bolt covers. Also they spotted the leak with axel. Which I’m going to have them replaced by them. Extremely confident about the work done here. JC would run to a call while he would be helping the mechanic with the tire change. Customer experience for first gets all 5 stars. One of the best experiences hands down. Thank you!

The Store Manager Jaad Chehab was very knowledgeable, helpful and showed great attention to detail. He explained everything he had to do with my car, was very clear and friendly. Everything seemed organized efficient.

Alot of places that I've gone to ,Monroe and Midas have tried selling me services that I didn't need or tried telling me something was wrong with my car when there wasnt. I dont want to get hassled or lied to when I get an oil change . I just want to get my oil changed and go my merry way. Unless something is drastically wrong with my car I just want to be left alone . I'll be back
