Josh was very knowledgeable and thorough with customers. I didn't need any info but I heard him talk to several customers and he was very nice. I made my appointment around noon for 4:00pm and he made a point to call to tell me that there were a few cars in line for the alignment machine and I might be delayed a bit. I knew they closed at 6pm and my car might keep him longer, but he was so nice about it and said; Don't worry, we'll get your tires done. Thanks Josh!

Always a great experience

every time i have gone to NTB it has been a wonderful experience. I love how you can make an appt. But I also like that you can come in in an emergency. Ever since I first came here for tires this is the only place i will go. Recently I replaced all Four tires. The workers are great I plan on getting my oil changes here and any other service I can get Oh I loved the break room - it was clean an comfortable and the free WIFI was so fantastic
