I had new front struts and sway bar end links installed before this service. Alignment was not possible because I need new tie rods. I'll install and bring back for alignment.

Darryl was very courteous and receptive to my service requests for my vehicle. All my needs were fulfilled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend NTB for all auto repairs and maintenance.

Jeff’s communication and helpfulness went above and what I usually experience at an auto repair shop. The service technicians were friendly and my car drives great with the new tires. They kept my car clean too!

Had alignment done now the track light is on and wont go off, something with the calibration of the car. Missing items from car and car had grease hand prints all over it. I have a black car so it was bad. And when i had tires put on they put some deep scratches on 2 of them when i specifically asked the manager to be very careful with them, the same manager put the tires on my car and messed them up anyways.

The manager’s attitude and communication skills were very friendly and professional. The work was done on-time.

Charged for services not performed and later corrected. This seems to be routine for this location.
