I ordered tires and when they came in the associate told me I could come in that day to a have them installed. I was concerned since I did not have an appointment that it would take awhile. They had my new tires installed in just over 1 hour.

I was very pleased with Kyle the only employee that was working that day. He was very apologetic for being the only employee working. He did an outstanding job handling my visit. I was just looking to have 2 tires checked for slow leeks that turned into 4 new tires due to a tire that could not be patched. I had a 3pm appointment and the store closed at 4, he said he would do his best to get me out by 4pm but said he would stay as long as he needed to get the job completed. The actual time my paperwork was printed at 4:10pm. If I owned a business I would be glad to have him as an employee.

Gifford & Jake were so very friendly & helpful. I went in on Sunday morning & was literally on my way out of town. I needed to have a small pin hole in my tire fixed. It ended up that I had to have a new tire. Gifford helped in locating some savings on my new tire. Jake even ended up taking my old tire to my home, since my car was loaded to the hilt. They both need to be recognized for going over & above. This girl will definitely use this business again! Already bragged on them to friends!
