James and Red were friendly, professional, and honest.

Guys do good work as usual but wait time was a bit long because they were short handed.

Overall excellent customer service. Front desk personnel very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I having been going to this location for many years and my only continual concern is the wait times can be excessive.

I had to have minor repairs done and was very pleased in the service I received. They were very friendly and I was really impressed by the price and time it took to complete. I will definitely be returning.

Service was great as usual but they had tech's out that day and though I had an appt. the wait time was very long.

They did the best they could do being that it was an unexpected blown out tire and bent rim. it took a while to get the rim.

Richard Giles was amazingly polite and helpful checking me in and communicating. I had forgot to ask them to perform my yearly inspection. So, I called and found the lady who answered, not to be very pleasant. Not sure who she was? However, I will persume she was also the lady that checked me out, because she was equally unpleasant. If I had her check me in, I would not have left my vehicle with NTB. Unfortunately my car was not inspected when I picked it up. Apparently, it's first come first serve. However, Richard, did come out to me before I left the parking lot and apologized and asked me to call first thing in the morning if I wanted to return. I have had the pleasure of Richard's assistance, the 2 times I have brought my car in. I will definitely return. I suggest you put Nadine Husbands, associate that checked me out, somewhere other than customer service.

The service was great!

I was taking my kids to Bush Gardens and on the way up there I ran over something in the road, I noticed the problem and immediately, went to find a tire shop. I came across one who could not help me, but told me about NTB tire and battery... So I went there once I got there and got into the line at NTB the lady who I wish I had all of there names was very polite to me. I originally went to get a plug in the tire, and they came back to me and showed me I had a serious problem, and I was in danger of being in a terrible accident. Once the technician explain everything to me then I realized I had to do something. They just had a tire sale and didn't have much in stock but they were doing everything thing in the power to help me. They went completely the extra mile. They found some that would work for my car and they gave me a complementary discount becithey new I had left my whole family at Bush Gardens to have fun,while search to get the car fix. The whole process for my end only took 3 hours and they only took about 2 hours to fixe and alignment as well.

Forgot to fill tires to correct pressure after rotation . Otherwise good service

The staff was very friendly and made the visit very pleasant and easy. Location/ waiting room was nice, I liked that there was WiFi. Overall I liked how approachable it was.

Actual service excellent however tires were promised by 1:00 and didn't show up until 5:30.

Greeted promptly upon arrival. Service was exceptional. The gentleman that helped me out(Red) was easy to work with and car was ready as promised.

Michael was great at accommodating us while we were out of town in search of new tires. Though we didn’t have an appointment scheduled ahead of time, he was upfront with the amount of time it would take and answered all of our questions.
