I'm always satisfied with the service here. Honestly, I don't want to be here often, but when I am here for service, inspection or routine maintenance, I am always treated courteously and on time. I usually try to make an appointment and then drop my car off ahead of time. They are always good about calling me to let me know the car is being worked on or whatever problems they may encounter. They know me here, so they usually try to find discounts or apply coupons, which I greatly appreciate. All of the staff are friendly and professional, but the two people I've had the best interactions with are Nadine and Red.

I walked in merchants tire center that day without having an appointment thinking there was a serious problem with my tires. My car was taking in /in no time everything was taking care of. The person at the counter was very nice and service was excellent.
