My daughter realized that there was water on the floor of the back seat on the night of July 3rd. She was lucky to find Merchant's open on the morning of July 4th. They quickly found the leak in the seal around on of the doors and repaired it. Cost was reasonable.

The maintenance was low cost. They always try to add any deals or coupons to help with pricing. This was a simple clean up job on my battery. They were courteous as usual.

Quality alignment. Appointment was honored. No complaints.

Always feel we get best service and price for the products and services over the life of my cars.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but i know he was working at the front desk. From the moment I arrived he made me feel like I was in good hands. I remember saying we are going to take care of you! I appreciate the professionalism and the service as well.

Service was very good, can't beat the price compared to the dealer. Some issues I have is the door seal had grease on it maybe an extended mat to cover the seal? The windshield sticker service reminder was not changed and the car service reminder was not set granted not a deal breaker but just use to added value service!

I take this time to thank all the staff at NTB for their prompt service and attentiveness to my needs. I was provided with a quote for repair due to unexpected repairs. The schedule to return to complete the repairs was very accommodating as it pertained to my schedule. The front desk associates were complimentary and provided excellent explanations regarding the work that is necessary to repair my car. Over all service was excellent. The Staff at the NTB at 532 2nd Street Williamsburg, VA bring great credit upon the organization, the local location, and themselves.

I had an appointment for 8:30am I was running a little late so it wasn't dropped off till 8:40. They called me at 9:54 to tell me some issues that I may or may not have aware of and that my car would be ready in 20 min. So I get there 10:16 to pay waited 10mins to pay and another 30 mins or so to get my car I left merchants at 10:54am
