These guys always do a great job and in a timely fashion, all you need is an appointment and they now use an appointment display board electronic so you can see your name and appointment time displayed above the register.

I had a nail in my tire, and they were prompt and polite about fixing it. I had gotten all four tires there in December - coming back to them after 8 years when I had purchased the first tires at the same shop.

Everything was done as expected and on time as we expected. We were very happy with the work that was done and the way we were treated as customers. They even went out of their way to check an item we had not requested originally.

Fast and good priced service

Was told what was needed with a 1991 vehicle finding it was an ordeal but the part was found with little trouble. And replaced in good time.

Excellent and informative customer service

The guys did a great job as usual I knew something was wrong with the suspension thought it was the Shocks and ended up by needed the struts all the way around and also there was a arm bearing and bushings that I needed but they ordered the parts and was able to put it on and get the job done the same day very happy

It was Sunday at 3:40 in the afternoon. The store closed at four we were visiting from out of town and I had an unexpected flat tire. They stayed late recognize that we could’ve had a catastrophic event and replaced all four tires even running into after hours. They were super friendly and very accommodating. The sales associate was James Dean Kenyon., and the mechanic was Tony. They were both superstars. They saved us from a potential accident. I wish we lived in Williamsburg because we would come back, but we have friends to do and we will let them know what a great job they did.

Excellent service as usual, got the buy 2 and get 2 free tires installed well you no nothing is free. You must agree to the road hazard plan, 1 year alignment and etc. Tires are great and still would come back here for tires and minor service, oil change etc.

Amazing customer service

Busy shop moved waiting customers through quickly and efficiently. I am from out of town, but staff made me feel like I have been going there forever. I would certainly recommend to others.

Our son was driving our Honda Pilot on the way to Richmond when the front left tire flew off. The vehicle was towed to NTB on 2nd St in Williamsburg. EVERYONE was extremely polite and helpful, but we wanted to especially acknowledge Chris the manager. He was exceptional the entire experience. He spent a lot of time talking with my husband. He also found another problem when the car was being test-drove. If it hadn't been caught the transmission would have probably burnt up driving it back to our home in Virginia Beach. Please let him know how much we appreciated all of their efforts
