I showed up without an appointment but with a dying battery. The person I dealt with was soo kind and immediately checked out my car. After confirming that it was indeed my battery he got it into the shop and had a new battery installed within 20 minutes. I was soooo impressed and grateful.

I like that their is a specific person who is scheduled to take care of me when I arrived. That person was Chris and he was very helpful from the time I called for my appointment until I picked up my vehicle.
