On a drive from Williamsburg to Blacksburg I ended up with a nail in my tire. Brought it to NTB on a Sunday morning for a patch and they got me in immediately, squeezing me in between appointments to get me back on the road as fast as possible. Turns out that all of my tires were splitting and needed replacement - they replaced them all and got me back on the road immediately. I am super thankful that I didn’t end up driving any further on the highway with the state of the tires.

NTB, re Eddie, took care of a significant problem that I had with the tires on my car needing replacement way way before the warranty expired including dealing with the tire corporate office. Eddie did a very good job of handling a difficult situation.

Scheduled both my vehicles for an alignment and rotate/balance tires. First vehicle dropped off at 9:00am and the second around 10:30am. Both vehicles done within 3 hours. Thanks!!

It’s never an issue whenever I visit this location . Staff is always friendly and very informational . If anything is wrong with my vehicle they always inform me on how to address the issue .
