NTB-National Tire & Battery

Took us same day but said they'd be finished by 3:30pm (getting 4 new tires). Took 2 hours longer and not out until 5:30pm. All my husband got was a Thank you for your patience. No explanation, no updates, no nothing. Disappointed because very unlike Merchant's usual service.

A couple of days before I was going to purchase tires at a different company. After waiting with my car for 5 hours my tires still weren’t done. So I made an appointment with NTB. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours. Great job guys! I will be back!

Drop off appointment at 12:30pm. Promised by 2:00pm and was not ready until after 3:00pm which is unacceptable

Always been friendly and good service

They patched the tire okay. Unfortunately, I later found out that they mounted the tire BACKWARDS ( was a directional tire). Had to pay to have the tire remounted properly at a later service appointment at the Volvo dealer.

Michael was very helpful and super friendly. Service was quick and great!

Horrible Experience! Will never go back. Hit for both control arms during inspection until I disputed that the right side was brand new. Ironically they retracted their claims about the right control arm upon learning that. Also, $133 for a license plate bulb replacement....really. I did that job for under $5 and it took me 10 minutes. I'll never go back to them for anything. Reader be forewarned!

Nadine Husbands was of great help in assessing the damage to my tire and getting a replacement tire installed in a very timely manner. She was terrific and a great customer service representative.

Red was very professional, understanding and knowledgeable over the phone. He helped ease my concerns and frustration. He also gave other options, choices and really tried to help me get my vehicle to the place of service.

Redd, who assisted me from the moment I walked in, made my experience at NTB very comfortable. I came in with a blown tire and while being towed my battery also died. Redd was personable, helpful and provided the kind of customer service you would hope to have after a long stressful day of being stranded on the highway. The flat was causing me to miss a conference at work and the service guys didn’t miss a beat getting my car in a bay so I could get things fixed fast and get back on the road. Which they did 20 minutes faster than estimated. The price for the tires was also very reasonable. I really appreciate the Williamsburg location saving my day. Will be back in the future.

Service was great an the service manager was very good with the support an scheduling my front End Alignment, Serviced on 11/12/22 @9:00 out by 10:00 great job!
