My service was fine but I wish that when Merchants (NTB) reports the information to CarFax they would include the mileage on the vehicle. This happens everytime, even though I have mentioned it the service desk personnel. The mileage is on my printed ticket - why does it not show up on CarFax?

TPMS light came on while we were on the road, one tire kept malfunctioning after pullibg over and checking twice. We called this location and they were very friendly and said they would check it out for us. Shane greeted us when we pulled up and kept us updated throughout the entire service, we ended up replacing the tire for peace of mind and Shane replaced the valves for us as well. The rest of the staff was very friendly and hospitable as well. We appreciate it very much and glad we came here!! Thank you guys.

Oil change and tire rotation was done efficiently. Had very little wait time. Wish the mileage would come through on the service record when NTB reports it however.

Associates were kind and considerate. After having an appointment, they took my car in right away for the oil change and rotation of tires. Very pleased with the service. Andrew Price, at the Staunton shop was very personable. He even asked how my husband was doing with his dialysis treatments. I had to let him know that he passed away in March of this year. He offered his condolences. I was very touched that he remembered my family.

With no appointment and they were very busy but they still fit me in when I explained that I needed to get home to west vurginia. They were very kind and courteous.they were also very prompt and waiting room and bathroom were very clean
