The staff at this location is very friendly, and took me among other customers walking in without an appointment. Customers were out the door, only a few working, answering the phones, and still staying calm. I absolutely will visit again.

First and foremost was the professionalism and friendliness of the sales associate - Edwin Velasquez. Edwin is always pleasant to work with and goes out of his way to ensure our experience is positive and meets our needs. He is truly top notch! Secondly, is the convenience of scheduling and timeliness of service. This store runs smoothly and on time - I've never had a major issue while bringing my vehicles to this establishment. Lastly, is the honest communication and cost of service.

The customer service was spot on. I was shown where the damage on the tires were and even discussed some options on the services that could have rendered. Even though they didn’t have the shocks available for my vehicle, I was still able to get the alignment needed and the tires replaced. Definitely coming back for further service as needed

Customer service was spot on.

Overall did well but did not know what they were talking about when it came to my idler arm being messed up. Took it to another shop to get it serviced under warranty and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. NTB also did an alignment and made it much worse than what it was before. They are good for general maintenance but anything more than that and I wouldnt take it to them. They also charge over 130 dollars an hour for labor and that adds up quickly.

I am only giving three stars due to not receiving a tire rotation when I was told I would get one with my oil change. When I got into my vehicle I checked my tire pressure gauge and the same tire that was low in the back is still in the same position. Once calling I was told that I could return to get the rotation. NOW I have to make a second trip to do something that shouldve been done before.

Unbleavable professionalism and knowledge with the current staff. Major improvement form all of my past visits. Been a customer of this location for more than 15 years.
