Keenan Morgan (Sales Associate) went above and beyond my expectations during this visit. When I came into the service center there were about four people ahead of me. I witnessed him treat each individual with such a high level of courtesy. He even went as far as apologizing to everyone for their wait. He really displayed a genuine sense of respect and professionalism that was unexpected. People were walking out with smiles on their faces and I too had a smile on my face when I left. I really felt like a valued customer! Hats off to NTB for hiring personnel that are really customer service oriented.
