I appreciated the mechanic telling me I had more tread on my front tires so there was no real need for a tire rotation. I am also concerned that the manager told me that she had concerns the alignment machine was not properly calibrating the alignment. I hope the machine is properly calibrated by next visit as I will likely need to rotate and align the tires. All in all I had a pleasant experience.

During a long multi state trip back to VA I had a object in my tire that was plugged at a gas station of the highway in NC. Unfortunately the next day the tire was flat. I pulled into BTB on Midlothian turnpike without an appointment and they were very helpful. There were not that busy and i was able to get in and out. Then manager was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She and her staff inspired confidence and when I need 4 new tires for my SUV in the next month or so This is the place I will purchase them from. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and manager. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Such an easy process! I was very happy with how knowledgeable the team was. They made sure I also understood every process. I didn't feel pressured or obligated to pay for extra services. They walked me through my estimate and gave me expert advice. Even introduced me to a new shopping place while I waited for my services. Communication was excellent and not too much auto shop jargon I didn't understand. Much appreciated. Will consider replacing mechanic with ntb permanently.
