They took my car in as scheduled and they had me in and out in a short amount of time. They made recommendations for a transmission flush and I am scheduled for that next. I trust their assessment of what work needs to be done on my car more than the actual dealership. The prices are fair.

My wife had a tire that went flat overnight. I have paid $175 to have another tire just mounted. I went to 3 places and they didn't have the tire in stock. That's when I found yall, and I'm glad I did. They didn't talk down because I was just getting 1. They did explain why it's best to get all 4, but it wasn't belittling. I will be back.

Charged us for inspection but didnt do it. I returned two other times to get safety inspection done with no success. Very frustrating to be charged for over $1000 worth of work and find out it wasnt completed when youre a mom with two small children and depend on your car.

Took 4 hours to get a state inspection. Repaired a car in the sticker bay instead of moving it to another bay as should have done.

I came in on an off day, and my oil change and rotation was completed very quickly
