A tire had a slow leak, they were able to locate the issue and repair the tire. They worked me in between appointments.

I stopped NTB because the tire pressure light came on. The service person told me the wait time. The facility was clean and comfortable while I waited for my car.

Needed air in tires twice in 10 days. I had it checked I had picked up a nail. The gentleman located and removed the nail, then was able to patch the puncture. A job well done!!

Exceptional service. It was recommended that I change the cabin filter at 60,000. Glad I did. It was so very dirty.

The online appointment setter was able to help me schedule my tire purchase and installation for the next day. I was in and out with my new tire on my car in under two hours. Excellent customer service and communication. Will be back soon!

Making the appointment was truly seamless. Tammy was truly professional with excellent communication skills. I truly felt like I was a valued customer. I ordered a set of Firestone Destination LE3 275x65x18 that morning around 10:30am. Tammy call me back at 2;30pm to let me know she had received my tires. Tammy set me up with an appointment at 4pm to get my new tires installed the same day! Now this is what I call Superior Customer Service! Very happy with my in-store experience.
